  10. Here's my take on acv: between 5 and 7 years ago I had acid reflux bad! I took the purple pill for about 8 months and it worked very well to relieve the acid reflux. Problem was is that the reflux pain would come back and I had to keep taking the pills. A friend suggested that I drink a small diluted shot of acv. I say that to say this—took the pill for 8 months reflux kept coming back. Since I have been doing the acv NO reflux flare up. Zero-for as far back as I can remember and there are months that go by and I don't even drink any.
