  1. I have a question to ask and its appreciated if someone who knows about it make a comment below on that.
Is there a way to figure out if your Vitamin D level needs boosting, without doing blood test and if there is not, what is the safe dosage of daily intake of Vitamin D for a 40 years old male with no particular underlying health condition in this era of fighting with Corona.
    Thank you

  2. Thanks doctor ..so helpful!!!
Can u pls mak a video what boost immunity when suffering 2.5 months from mumps and hsv-1
    25 year old.
    Love you dr.

  3. YES THIS DC IS SPOT ON. ITS DIET THAT MAKES FOLKS SICK AND GOOD DIET THAT WILL HEAL YOU. PLUS KEEP ON DRINKING WATER AND DOING DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES. AND BE POSITIVE. KILL THE BUGGER.

  4. I'd use my Breville Juicer against Covid-19. My hourly medicine would be a glass of juiced carrots, spinach, apple, celery, cucumber, kale, beets, lemon, ginger-root, garlic and turmeric. My immune system boosted so high would make a quick snack out of Covid-19 when combined with much sleep, aspirin for fever and stress management (healing sleep music from YouTube while taking hot bubble baths w/candles πŸ™‚

  5. It's outrageous that the only talk for "protection from the virus" is distance, washing hands and a vaccine. Oh, reducing weight. I have yet to hear any news channel say that eliminating sugar and oil will help you, This video says so much more than that. Thank you.

There is no evidence to stop coronavirus by immunity.
All those attacked by that virus are not proved to have less immunity.

  7. New research is correlating vitamin D deficiency with more severe symptoms of COVID-19. The following video reviews lab values related to genetic expression and immunity that you might find valuable for understanding how much vitamin D to take to protect you. https://youtu.be/cDnokrtWJNo

  8. Why assume that everyone who gets sun will burn? You completely left out people of color. Also what about those who have higher melanin and have difficulty converting vitamin D from the sun into their system? Tips? advice? Do you even care?

Please be considerate about who you are addressing and that black people and those of color are just as concerned about our health during this pandemic as any other ethnicity. You need to do better "doc".

  9. Some good information on lo-cal ketosis / autophagy, as in broth fasting is much needed right now. These have been proven to combat inflammation and improve outcomes in chemotherapy. Taking calories down below 500 per day and into ketosis can very reliably reverse hypertension and type 2 diabetes. It does this by deglycation, de-sugaring the lipoprotein and thereby improving vascular compliance and reducing peripheral resistance. This lowers the blood pressure naturally, and improves circulation. So the boost to immunity is something that can reasonably be expected to be part of the overall improvement of intracellular health and general health.

I am an anesthesiologist who has studied these for forty years. Unfortunately our medical establishment has done very little research into preventative medicine nor looked into what we can learn from the epidemiology of healthy cultures.

  10. Thank you for your advice I hope you will do another video after some research on the use of Quercetin in place of hydroxychloroquine to act as and ionophore for zinc which beyond a doubt is essential for our immune system along with C and particularly D which is widely deficient particularly in darker skinned and elderly who are being impacted the most. It’s not a coincidence. doctors who sadly get hung up on lack of conclusive randomized trial results for anything except D in the face of the tremendous side effects of being immune compromised or simply deficient. And there is good reason to use zinc products to flush oral and nasal virus as soon as symptoms start. it’s also important to caution against any fever reducing over the counter drugs, and the advantage of raising fever with hot baths. The advantage of getting nine hours of sleep rather than 7 1/2, and the importance of gut health. lastly I hope you will please contact the White House and as many health authorities including the FDA that you can to help them understand they have offered nothing in return to work plan for immunity building within. The focus on containment is fine except we cannot eliminate the virus from this world only hope to be prepared for it internally when it does come our way.

  11. I have a week immune system because of my parents Jeans and my mom has diabetes and my brother but still we need a strong and healthy immune system!πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜«

  12. I dont beleve high intense workouts makes me and my immune system weaker but frankly the opposite. Here in New Zealand most of us go hard with exercise . And we have very few cases . All anivirual herbs . I tske them all . Plus I went vegetarian and cut out almost all processed food .

  13. I take insulin. When on a very low carb diet my sugar levels still go high enough even on fasting that I need insulin. My A2c is 6.5 (and has been with insulin for 40 years) but cannot lose more weight in 6 months on intermittent fasting 18 hrs because the glucose levels still too high to go without insulin. So I take the insulin and there goes any fat loss. Dr. Fong never says how to get away without insulin and I cannot keep having high glucose levels and have other diabetic problems???? Thus, I don't know how to get off insulin. Cab anyone help?

  14. Also, don’t panic as it affects your immunity and can make you slightly more vulnerable to the virus

  15. I used to check how many deaths and cases there are but now I have stopped as it can have a huge impact on mental health and we cannot do anything to stop it except look after ourselves and eat healthy to boost our immune system.

  16. I think stress is also an important thing to avoid or reduce. Stress does a lot of bad things to your overall body and immune system. Stay healthy and don't forget self-love and have some fun πŸ™‚

  17. Dumb question. Isnt the immune system overreacting and causing issues. So does a weaker immune system mean less problems regarding overreacting?

  18. I am a Covid-19 patient with gastrointestinal symptoms not respiratory yet. Can you kindly suggest me what kind of diet should I be taking? Due to mild diarrhea, I've stopped eating solid food while my liquid diet mainly consists of fresh lemon juice and green tea etc. Can you please tell me what should I eat and what should I avoid?
