    Just wanted to add my 0.02 cents to this topic being a dietitian.

    So we cant actually "boost" our immune system. We can strengthen it over time by eating well, keeping fit, and living a healthy lifestyle which can be streamlined by making specific dietary considerations. But please don't think that eating certain foods in an attempt to boost your immunity will protect you against COVID. It won't. First and foremost make sure you wash your hands, do social distancing, and listen to the WHO regarding precautions to implement.

  10. Spot on except they forgot vitamin d. Prob the most important vitamin (hormone) for your immune system. I take a multi, turmeric and vitamin d. Completely healed my from ibs, headaches, rashes, weak appetite.
