  2. More like political populist move to run away from the issue that has haunted medical workers for years but in this case for the right reason. If they kept this NHS fees Boris party wouldn't get elected next time because opposition and most important the people would eat him without the salt. If I was in Labor place I would try to push furthermore and find a way to pay back in a smaller amount over the years the NHS fee.

  14. Appalling basic grasp of what's being discussed here, people just open their mouths and spew bile with no idea of the facts. They seem unable to spend a few minutes reading about what has been happening, before venting their opinions, making them look like complete morons. No wonder we have Boris in power, sheer ignorance, the truth, not relevant apparently.

  17. Sounds practical with a caution….. How long is the wait for British people to be seen by a doctor at this time? Iโ€™m not being facetious, I donโ€™t know. In the USA for instance, if you go to an emergency room for an actual emergency and youโ€™re not bleeding much or youโ€™re not having a heart attack, the wait is a couple hours. This is because most migrants go to emergency for flu (before this latest event) or bad colds. With your new bill, the wait could be doubled. If I could change anything about how this works, I would have a section for people that could wait till the next day and people that actually need to see a doctor within minutes. The need for migrants to be seen is important because something could spread to the population. Here, we have a problem, sometimes because even though they can get medical help they are sometimes here illegally and are afraid to go to the doctor/hospital but in reality, the Boarder Patrol doesnโ€™t check medical facilities.

  28. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE STUPIDITY OF THE PEOPLE THAT OPENLY AGREE TO LOSING THEIR HERITAGE, THEIR WELL BEING AND THE FUTURE BENEFITS OF THEIR OWN CHILDREN. THOUSANDS OF SQUARE MILES OF LAND IS BEING BUILT ON TO HOUSE THE INFLUX OF MIGRANTS. THOSE MIGRANTS, MOST OF WHICH ARE UNSKILLED HAVE PUT MASSIVE PRESSURE ON OUR NHS, SCHOOLS AND WELFARE SYSTEM. DO THESE PEOPLE REALLY BELIEVE THAT MIGRANTS COME TO ENGLAND TO HELP US? THE BIGGEST PERCENTAGE OF MIGRANTS ARE HERE TO BETTER THEMSELVES AT THE EXPENSE OF OUR CHILDRENS FUTURE. PEOPLE BLINDLY WELCOME THEM WHEN THE TRUTH IS THEY ARE OVER POPULATING OUR COUNTRY AT AN ALARMING RATE. IN THE YEARS TO COME WHEN THEIR CHILDREN HAVE NO FREE HEALTH CARE, NO DECENT HOMES TO LIVE IN, NO ROOM IN SCHOOLS FOR THEIR GRANDCHILDREN AND NO PARKS AND OPEN SPACES TO PLAY ON…MAYBE THEY WILL THEN REALISE HOW STUPID THEY HAVE BEEN.

  32. What a joke whatโ€™s the point of clapping when the fast majority of these people voted for a government that keeps undermining NHS. The same government is giving themselves a 10 K bonus by the end of this year but find it problematic when we talk about pay rates for healthcare workers.
