I used to have flu during Fall-Winter time when I was young. I have taken multivitamin daily after breakfast for over 20 years. I have never had flu, fever or others since then. Everyday big pitcher of water and 2 organic lemon squueze and organic ginger grated. Drink it thru out the day. Eat every morning 3 rganic eggs, oatmeal with Almond or coconut milk. Add chiq seeds, raw coconut oil, dry figs, walnuts, banana. Sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts in the oven. Steamed qsparagus and brocoli qlways have, warm water with half lemon squuezed and some organic honey as some tea drink it. Add some cinnamon too. Chia pudding easy to make at home. Grassfed organic yogurt and squeezed 4 to 5 cloves garlic put it in, mix it with your pasta, spaghatti, salad. Salmon wild catch, organic chicken, grasfed groundbeef, cabbage red or white make a salad with olive oil and lemon. Great defense mechanism. Avocado great fat, 1 a day. Celery organic juice in the morning, empty stomach, then 30 min wait and have your tea or coffee. Spend on organic food, dont eat junk. We are what we eat. Use a mask, wash hands often and dont wear clothes in your home when you wear them outside.Sleep before 11pm and walk everyday 3 to 4 miles. This is my normal routine and now came handy:) other than that, the rest is on God. Stay safe, it will be over soon, meditation and yoga, always move around. Don't listen the news, whatever they are saying always selling fear. Take a break from it.God bless you all!

Good advice. I was eating a lot of nuts thinking that they contained high levels of good fat, mono unsaturated for example. But I didn't know that all fat can compromise the immune system.

Is this guy even a real doctor? He wants you to boost your immune system? do you not know what happens when you boost your immune system and becomes overactive? It's called autoimmune diseases.
You can balance your immune system and modulate it yes but do not boost it. If you want to get more sick and possibly open up autoimmune diseases then by all means boost your immune system folks. This is grade 11 science.

I’ll stick to fasting and sleep, and eating my lean meat, fish, eggs, and chicken. Every time I eat plants or leaves, I get bloated and have bowel issues. Meat corrects this, just speaking for myself. 🤙🏼
