    I would really like to see more videos from you similar to be fit and lose fat as much as we can.

  3. One word – BRUTAL! But loved it. I wish you had called out some of the swaps because I wasn’t always watching the video. In the HIIT portion, I felt my neck crack when I transitioned from the abs to the pop squat… aww man, that’s gonna hurt tomorrow. Thank you for such a great workout!

  4. Thank you I nailed it. I feel my arms burning with the dip biceps but overall not sweating that much as I expected.
