  1. Thanks for the useful info. I have following queries:
1-can patients having high potassium levels in blood take applie cider vinegar to reduce cholesterol & uric acid.

2-can we take normal filtered Apple cider if unfiltered or with mother Apple cider is not available available easily.

  2. Giving you all a heads up to avoid rhubarb at all costs if you have gout. The plant is high in oxalic acid, which is reputed to inhibit the absorption of iron and calcium and can also aggravate joint problems. I found out the hard way so I can tell all of you.

  3. Celery seed extract; it's cheap and I gave a bottle to a co-worker 10 years ago and he hasn't had an attack since… You're welcome.

  4. I'm vegetarian, tea-total, don't eat a lot of sugar. I take extract of cherry, and turmeric, and extra vitamin C. I have given up peas and pulses, black tea, mushrooms, tomatoes and wholewheat bread, and I have still had gout for the last seven months. Colchicine hasn't helped, and Allopurinol has made it worse.

  5. 1 in 40 yikes, zoinks,my friend gets gout and he has a healthy diet (he probably does not!)he reckons it might be to do with the 60 pints he drinks at the weekend. Wawawawaaaa. Zoinks

  6. To all gout sufferers, this is what worked for me.

Drink a shitload of tart cherry juice AND water with freshly squeezed lemons mixed in. Stay on top of it! It’ll flush out the uric acid sooner than later. Every piss cycle is a godsend, so always remember that! Also, stay the F away from alcohol (especially beer), sugared sodas, mushrooms, red meats and seafood when under attack!

Key foods to eat for gout that are low in purines: bananas, eggs, potatoes, peanuts, fruits, veggies, and low fat dairy. Pasta and chicken is also fine IN MODERATION! While you’re at it, get yourself some Turmeric Curcumin w/ Piperine supplement! It works magic for bunions and osteoarthritis which can occur after gout attacks. This happened to me after my last attack.

Good luck and may you heal yourselves to a pain free life! 💪🏼❤️

  7. Can you get gout in your early 20's? I used to get horrible knee pain (enough to wake me up from my sleep) after a night out of heavy drinking and I'd try to stretch my legs or switch my sleeping position but nothing helped besides letting the time pass.

  8. Im 23 years old only . When i start have gout im only 11 years old because my father like that and now im a housemaid here in kuwait six month then i felt joint pained again . What i do 😭

  9. I drink plenty of fluids, diluted with alcohol EACH & EVERY Day.! Still Ihave Gout attacks onence in a while… Mé it's my knees… Last year they had to drain OVER 150 CL, (Centilitres) out of one knee.! That's a LOT.!!

  10. I had my first gout attack when I was just 15 I don’t know how on earth I got it but I couldn’t walk for two days and that was so painful

  11. on gout attacks i take a
small dose of potassium supplement and vit c.
low carbs and totally no sugary foods, even fruits. gout attacks gone in 20mins.

  12. Cheers for the Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you heard about – Lammywalness Quick Defence Guide (do a search on google)? It is an awesome one off guide for getting rid of gout without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 at very last got excellent success with it.

  13. Many thanks, I've been looking for "gout ginger" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Eiyacob Preliminary Eradicator – (do a search on google )?

It is a smashing one of a kind guide for discovering how to get rid of gout minus the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.
