  1. Regarding the Ginger Yield: The ginger shown in the beginning was not all used to grow just one plant. I broke the ginger apart (0:53) into pieces to start 4 plants (1:13). The ginger harvested at the end was started from a 2×1 inch piece and yielded 6×4 inch in ginger. It would have grown bigger if planted in-ground in right climate or in greenhouse.

  3. Ok so he buried ginger and dug up the same piece of ginger? Same size he put. What's the point? Just keep the first piece and not wait 6 months.
