  1. Tks but don't forget steam inhalation not for cure but quick recovery during self-isolation. Anyway this practice steam inhalation has been followed since generations for cold, cough and breathing problems. There is no cure for corona so give everything a try. Why not?As long as it is not harmful.

  3. a good video i have mild asthma but no wheeze because i take puff of inhaler as instructed. I do have since yesterday shingles (adult chicken pox virus) had viruses and pneumonia in past and aware get exhausted especially in an oxygen tent difficult to eat and drink. I am on antiviral drug and cocodamol from hospital. Before this happened and now I am drinking a lot (lemons in water, glasses of milk, extra drinks, as well as hot meals such as porridge with cinnamon, yoghurts with fruit, chicken, potatoes, green veg, herbs, oranges daily and fish a lot) it does help as well as garden in shade as shingers is a burning pain (try and avoid crisps,) it helps because with a virus get very sleepy and sleepy due to a lot of medication and try and get someone to get you up at meal times or ring you or leave you a meal at your step as you could sleep threw meals as exhausted because of virus which will not help. Some struggle to eat with a virus but you must try even if a small meal otherwise get run down and could get chest infection than pneumonia, vitamins help skin heal also (find a nice cool quiet bedroom, do not get involved in negative problems, maybe switch of the phone for example) social distance if eat with others i mean some space between you, but the company does help if ill or maybe some eat in garden and some eat in dining room for example, take virus seriously i am in awful pain from shingles and the day before it happened running around

    Good nutrition: including vits A,B,B6, C,D3, zinc, magnesium, selenium(to fight covid19) etc,. Daily Exercise, Water including internal and external use. Sunshine for energy, vit D etc. Doing things in moderation(mega doses of vit D wont help. Daily sufficient intake). Getting daily fresh air(deep breathing exercise). Proper rest for restoration of body and natural melatonin production. Finally trusting in GOD. that reduces stress. God will get us through this.

    body-building. One must overcome resistance to build muscles. If muscles are not worked, then one becomes weaker. Same with our immune system.

    Bacteria are living organisms. Viruses are not. This is why antibiotics don't affect viruses. Several physicians have indicated that contracting viruses may lead to illnesses and symptoms. But, in the long run, they lead to "herd immunity". It is better to let the virus run its course, rather than locking down businesses. IMO, forget "social distancing"; hug a friend.

    White blood cells, t-cells B-cells there are many body cells who helps fight infections. Our body was made too strong, but as we have come to this new era every 1 stops eating properly.
