Although I agree with what you say, I do add some lemon juice to my water for vitamin C, and it’s immune boosting ability, as well as taking a vitamin c supplement along with my daily medications. I’m a chemo patient, so, because of my meds that I take as a part of my regimen, I’m immuno-suppressed, good people like yourself, who set a great example make me want to help out in any way. Liked the vid, and subbed.

Hey, I really appreciate your videos, I just want to ask u about a problem I have, I have OCD, not diagnosed but I'm sure it's ocd and it's kind of severe, I did some recovery work to get better but I just can get to my older self, I'm better but it's still bad, actually it's really paralyzing me, I don't like to use that word but I'm really destroying my life at this point, I just want to hear an advice from u, (by the way I can't afford therapy) I teached myself and I know now a lot about OCD but I'm still ill, I just thought that I can learn something from u, thank u for all your attention

Hello brother im 14yo and i have always been in a good sleeping cycle and suddenly i started waking up with 2 to three hours of sleep on the third day i woke up with 2hrs of sleep and didnt sleep again next night when i went to sleep i woke up in 3hrs again typing this at 5am and I woke up 2hrs ago I keep crying to go to sleep and this is the 5th day and my mornings are super precious cuz it is the only alone time i get i wake up in like 2to3hrs and then take 2to3hrs to sleep again i watched ur insomnia video and it didnt help please help

  8. So needed Abraham. I always exercise. You do not need a gym. If you do not think of exercise as a chore and stop when you are fed up. My son is a fourth Dan Black Belt and is so encouraging and taught me so many easy beneficial exercise!!!! Oh you are so right washing hands is paramount.I feel you are maybe shouting Abraham, do forgive me I do not want to be disrespectful!!! I understand you are getting valuable points across. Yes staying home is challenging , best to have routine plus diet and keeping in contact.You are awesome and you actually make an excellent lecturer!!!! Thank you so very much.   9. Vitamin D is such a important vitamin for many reasons. Can improve even depression which most wouldnt think. I've heard of people online recommending 30.000 to 40.000 IU per day & people are actually doing it without researching it at all SMH πŸ™„πŸ˜¬πŸ˜¬
    I dont think u can overdose on vitamin D ? But surely such high doses would have some kind of impact at some point
