  1. If you have bad allergies. Stay away from Dairy Products. They are not healthy. I am a Cheese addict. And when I over do on it. I can tell. It makes my allergies worse. It's even broke me out once. I've actually been drinking Limeade, instead of lemonade. But I do not use sugar. I use natural sugar, Truvia. Or don't use any at all. It really gives you a boost.
