  1. I am so happy to see an MD who actually recognizes that natural remedies are effective and can play an integral part in primary prevention of disease, as well as a cure for disease in some circumstances. Being married to a Kashmiri, I have learned they add tumeric, red chili pepper powder, and black pepper powder to just about everything!

  2. Thank you Dr. Kneller. Perfect information on a sunny Saturday morning, scared of catching Covid–19. I needed to see someone taking the turmeric directly into the mouth! I have been struggling with how much food not to eat, to get my weight right. I started eating this about a year ago, but stopped after going to the dentist. But, now I've started again, due to the powerful energy I feel when I take it. I had wondered about just taking it without mixing it into different food's.

  3. Here in India, we prepare the concoction by mixing: Turmeric + Honey + Cinnamon powder + black pepper + Raisins with seeds + half tbsp coconut oil – the last ingredient contains good fats and fat increases the absorption of Curcumin as does the Black pepper!!!

  4. Thank you doctor Kneller for sharing this information as the Organic Turmeric seems to help my digestion but it really gets rid of muscle pain better than Ibuprofen as I take a tablespoon with my tea in the morning and does help pain and digestion. I am used to the taste but you can start with a teaspoon and work up to a tablespoon with black pepper. I also take with ginger tea and powder to help assimilation.

  5. How much pepper do you add to get the benefits? I add turmeric to eggs when I fix them and use my pepper grinder and add 3 or 4 twists of the grinder to add the pepper. I also add cayenne pepper to it also. 1tbl spoon turmeric to how much black pepper?

  6. If you take a blood thinner pill, can you take Turmeric? Can you replace a blood thinner pill like aspirin with Turmeric and does it also help from preventing thrombosis?

  7. No mention of mega dose vitamin C? Of he doesn't talk about all the science behind mega dose c in another video I'm afraid this may be disinformation. Pretty skeptical anything Slone-kettering recommends unless they also recommend mega dose C. It's been proven in various studies by Vermont university in YouTube to cure deathly ill sepsis patients among many other. Phony JAMA study used far too little C on purpose and it still has significant benefits

  8. Thank you Doctor. I have started taking Turmeric in capsules since a week now. 3 capsules in the morning before breakfast and also ginger.

  9. For my knowledge aloe vera has huge benefits on boosting our immune system, but consuming raw aloe vera is bitter taste which most people dont like.Hence you can make an halwa of aloe vera which sweets like a desert..pls check on how to make it @ https://youtu.be/MWCa3uXmSkI

  10. You can make the golden milk and drink it with turmeric pepper coconut milk and honey and you were enjoy taking it every day maybe😊

  11. Okay, I've been taking "Nature's Nutrition: turmeric curcumin with black pepper"….1200mg turmeric, 100mg curcuminoids, 10mg pepper every day. I'm guessing that is not enough. How do I make a conversion of what I'm taking into a tablespoonfull of turmeric? Thank you, Doc, for this video.

  12. Thank you for pointing this out. I am glad that many medical practitioners are now opening their eyes to the wonders of natural healing. I have gouty arhthritis since 2013 and since then, I have been drinking turmeric tea and other teas made from medicinal plants.

  13. Turmeric is good. Please be careful, it has a blood thinning effect. So if you are planning any form of surgery, you should stop taking turmeric at lease a month before the surgery date.Dr James Kneller please confirm

  14. Quantitative analysis of IgG tests. Let's say in month August it shows 1000 atbs and then in December it shows 800 atbs and then in March it shows 3000 atbs… wouldn't that mean that i have been reinfected? and my memory B cells created more antibodies somewhere between December and march ?? couldnt it be that at some point just checking for positivity and not for quantity of atbs i would think that i have immunity against a disease where in fact i would have EVEN symptoms and BE actually sick from the disease, although my body would be fighting it off… I could have biofilms with slow release of viral particles or bacteria and/or i could have hidden viruses inside my cells, or even integrated viral DNA in my genome that continuously creates viral proteins and my B memory cells continuously recognizes these proteins and creates atbs… when would that be the reason for possible overreactive immunity , or the reason for "burn out" of my immunity… ??

  15. 🦇Scientists agree that AGING and most deadly DISEASES are the results of cellular deterioration due to destructive molecules called FREE RADICALS. Free Radical Damage that CAUSES AGING is called OXIDATIVE STRESS, the same process that causes RUST. In a sense, AGING is your body's way of RUSTING from the INSIDE OUT!
🧬Combat oxidative stress at the cellular level improves gene expression for stronger, healthier cells for a healthier life. https://hughesmarissa.lifevantage.com/us-en/shop/protandim-tri

  16. Great video! I have been taking turmeric for years and it is certainly an excellent anti inflammatory! I also take other "wonder foods" such as spirulina, moringa and garlic pretty often and I must say they really work well in reducing inflammation and stopping infections before they really start. Why is information concerning these nutrients and vitamins (such as C and D) not being disseminated more publicly? I live in a country where all we hear about is social distancing (meaning physical distancing), wearing masks and not smoking. The media seems to want us all to believe that our only hope of getting through this is to wait for the development of some patent bearing drug or vaccine. I believe we can significantly reduce the impact of the disease through improved nutrition, careful supplementation and moderated sun exposure. We need to protect the vulnerable but we can do a great deal to make fewer people vulnerable.

  17. This remedies are helpful

  18. VERY IMPORTANT: When you do this, before drinking water, please please please make sure that you don't inhale. That can be a fatal situation. I tried this type of stuffs and I suddenly inhale before taking water and immediately I choked in a very bad way and I had a feeling that I was dying. Fortunately there is a hospital nearby and I had to run for the ER. But before that I was doing whatever I needed to do to get rid of choking at home.

But turmeric, black pepper along with ginger is a very good immunity booster.
