47. My wife tried it when my grandaughter had lice and together with a shampoo. Leaver it in the hair for an hr comb it with a special comb you get at the drugstore. Then shampoo. You need to repeat this 3 times a day and the 4th time this apple cider vinegar must be in her her and she would sleep in a shower cap. Then shampoo. It took almost a week to get rid of the lice.
