  4. I'm sorry, but this guy more than anything seems to be trying to be… likeable, definitely not 100% credible! E.g. red onion has a great amount of Quercetin (one of the main ingredients of the vaccine against the previous coronavirus SARS) which has not only amazing antiviral qualities but is also anticarcinogenic, and more, just look it up. Moreover, what's wrong with old but amazing garlic, ginger, turmeric (not powdered, obviously)? After all, these are not just healthy foods, but proper powerful medicines, tested out throughout millennias, now diminished by the Big Pharma propaganda…
