  1. Tried the pasta dough twice, and it sucked. Turned out to be dried up play-doh both times. That is seriously not working! Gonna make a snowball doughball and throw it your way. Something is omitted, or you're just faking it here…. Don't get me wrong; the Ba'corn is awesome every time….. But this one is uhm……. you left something out… You are the Betty White of "not quite" on this one. So, we're gonna try some pre-made pie crust because dinner is sooooooooooon!

  2. Made this for super tonight. Subbed Italian sausage for the salmon and Cheeze-It crumbs I ran through the food processor for the bread crumbs (waste not want not). It was the first time I've ever made pasta. Turned out great, I will be making this again, for sure. Thanks Chef John.

  4. My husband made these tonight and also used your tomato sauce recipe (minus the anchovy paste because we didn't have it but I'd like to try it next time) and they were AMAZING!

  5. I'm definitely making this soon, but with ricotta. I have a seafood stuffed shells recipe that would work nicely as wheels instead. I like this presentation much better, and they probably freeze better too.
