Sir I have an doubt…..the macrophage engulf the virus…then viral protein cleated into small peptides or fragments… that is called antigen…and class 2 MHC protein associated with antigen…..the next process …..the viral epitope present at the surface of the anitigen ……it used to binds antibodys or t cell or b cell….. that's my question…how to form a epitope?….
