  4. I started eating since i was introduced to it when I had a teririble cough. I am hooked since then. Now i eat ginger every day and it well worth it!

  5. Eat ginger daily! its excellent for digestive health. I don't know if its just me, but whenever I drink ginger tea i feel more energetic and focused and relieves my stress.
