ty, i started taking it 2 wks ago b4 breakfast b/c i saw so many videos promoting it, stating how much it lowers your A1C. But, I must say I have not noticed yet any difference when I test myself in the mornings. But, I will continue taking it longer, just to see if I notice any difference.
If I take 1 tsp with 6oz of warm water after my meal how long do I do it for ? A week ,? A month? I don't eat after 7 pm I would take it around that time
So helpful to find a reliable source of information. Too many ‘fake’ experts out there just leading people astray.
This is interesting. There is so much out there about apple cider vinegar.
