I use to HATE drinking any type of tea. Even if I was sick I would refuse to drink it … until one day I had a cold that WOULD NOT go away with anything. I have been making this tea for a few months now and it tastes just freaking amazing and it does wonders. Actually, I just made a double portion of it because even my parents are loving it!
Hello, I was told by my doctor to not use tumeric because of diverticulitis, is there something else that I can substitute it with that can help me keep my immune system healthy?
Prepped it this morning, added coconut oil to the pot before bringing it to my glass, and it tastes Thai!! It is so delicious, and I can imagine adding a little bit of milk or cream and make this into a curry dressing. (But is milk anti-inflammatory? All the info I can find online suggests that it's complicated to determine 🙁 )
