Is it true that you can use vinegar also?
So, I have frozen elderberries. Of course they make great syrup. But can they be used to make tincture as well? Will they contain too much water? While I love the benefits of elderberry syrup, I’m wondering if tincture has benefits beyond or differing from syrup?
How would you do this with vegetable glycerite? My littles won't do it with the vodka it was to potent.
