Based on the theory, countries that consume high levels of Vitamin D as part of their diet should see lower rates. Fish, eggs, and milk are a great source of Vitamin D, hence could be cross-referenced with countries with per-capita consumption of these foods. China & Japan has a very high level of fish & egg consumption per-capita, and it looks like they have a low rate of COVID-19 deaths per-capita.

You should check out channels that criticise Islamic ideology. They are the ones hit hard by youtube censorship. Youtube sometimes consider presenting evidence-based facts as hate speech or something of that sort.

The connection of vitamin D deficiency to higher risk of mortality from Covid-19 was made very early on. Imagine how many lives could have been saved if not for media censorship.
I wonder if there is a video in this series that discusses the truths and myths about wearing masks. It seems like that has become an issue to the point of Civil War at least in the US. I would love to hear it from this rational doctor rather than the sickening politics.
Perhaps we should not be surprised New York is plateauing as they killed everyone early. Putting everyone in forced air high-rises and cramming all the elderly in nursing homes with inadequate healthcare would guarantee the virus would spread as quickly as possible. States like Texas and California, where the population is spread out should be expected to have more spread in the curve. But the doctor does not talk about that. Youtube censorship is in line with Communist Chinese guidelines.
There are 3 issues here: 1) Vitamin D levels are lower in northerly climates in winter/spring; 2) Vitamin D levels are lower in these climates among dark-skinned people; 3) Vitamin D levels are inhibited by obesity (which correlates with type-2 diabetes and other Covid risk factors), and by advanced age.
– Nobody can help #s 1, 2 or being old. You can change your diet. As a vegan, I must say I'm more than annoyed at the failure to admit any link between diet and health status, even in peer reviewed research, the failure to list obesity or poor diet as a "comorbidity" the failure to admit the obvious influence of health status on immunity, the need for some personal responsibility in avoiding obesity, DM, etc.

I'm starting to not only feel that I live in a communist country but that they are all trying to make me do things that will hurt me and/or my child.
In all the years I have been alive and aware, the W.H.O. in Africa has not done much to help the the population from starvation UNLESS you were willing sign away your rights to your child to vaccinate your child with any experimental vaccine, medication etc. OR you, as a parent, would NOT be given FOOD and that's what the UN, Red Cross and others are doing and have been for a longtime.
As a parent, I would never subject my child to any experimental vaccine or medication and yet my own child has been brainwashed into thinking I was a horrible parent since I didn't give him the chicken pox vaccine when he was 18 months old…plus others. A study at the Cleveland Clinic showed that if you take your vitamin D with the biggest meal each day, you can increase the level of vitamin D in the blood by an average of 50 percent. Because active vitamin D is formed after vitamin D passes through the liver and the kidneys, diseases of those organs affect the formation of active vitamin D. In that case, it may be necessary to give a form of vitamin D that doesn’t require the liver or the kidneys to intervene, either 25-hydroxyvitamin D if the liver is compromised, and calcitriol (active vitamin D) or 1-alpha-hydroxycholecalciferol (“1-alpha”) if the kidneys aren’t functioning correctly.
I think (and that is giving a grand benefit of the doubt), social media are afraid to be a cataclyst for something like civil disobedience, for example. Which in itself is very sad. But the rationale is exactly what you ask us to think about and my conclusion is all media and governments in general seem to think citizens are very ill equipped to think for themselves or do "the right thing", basically that they are stupid, primitive elements who will drink bleach or eat toilet paper to prevent a viral disease. And while some people have done that, treating the whole of society as if they would do that is an insult.
