  1. This was not really helpful. This is the right time, during the pandemic, to do everything you can to boost your immunity. So many doctors, nutritionists have said to take vitamin c, vitamin D and look after gut health as well as hand washing. Also, not to take too much sugar as it is an immune suppressant. There is a lot you can do to look after yourself and your family. Stay safe and well everyone!

This channel gets worse and worse the more videos I watch 😂😂😂 there have been hundreds of studies done on high doses of vitamin C with cancer patients it worked on people with sepsis this is all tested and proven. DR Cheng done tests with coronavirus patients with high doses of IV and he cured every patient nobody died China have ordered 70 tonnes of vitamin C why is that? If I want advice I look at real professionals not some hack who doesn't do there homework and is brainwashed by big pharma companies pushing there lies and of course if you high doses with anything you're body will waste it the trick is to have 10g of vitamin C with 2 litters of water and sip it up to three hours so you're body absorbs it drink it to fast you pee it out and will end up getting stomach cramps vitamin C is harmless once its pure and when the body is sick it requires a lot more vitamin C that's why goats are never sick when they start to become sick there body prejudices a tone of vitamin C dont believe me look it up all this is out there go look it up you will find it you just have to look and I recommend go watch dr Cheng do not listen to the big pharma companies that are just out for profit there is no money to be made if everyone can cure themselves and this is why they hate vitamin C it's cheap with no profit

    Zinc is a new one I've added only because the gyms are now closed.
    As for Corona, I'm in the drink more water camp. High alkaline water.

  10. If you get the virus ,you,ve got the virus but if you have had a good diet with plenty of veg and fruit and non sugar drinks and walked a bit instead of the car you have a better chance to fight it .Deep breathing during the day to keep your lungs open can help.

  12. No one is saying Vitamin D will help not getting the virus. The doctor makes food less important than it is and is saying what everyone says. Look what social distancing has done to the economy and mental state of the ppl. The way this virus is being dealt with is horrible
