  1. So insulin resistance is not that your cells stop responding to the insulin, it's that the pancreas stops responding to the increased glucose with enough insulin to metabolize the carbs.

  2. Thanks for sharing this so succinctly! I’m indian so we pretty much use turmeric for everything! I currently also market a pure curcumin serum that’s manufactured in Singapore where I’m currently based. It’s showing great benefit showing great benefit for my clients. Thanks for this info!

  3. It's amazing that Tumeric can do this… Exactly how much do you need in each meal though for it to do this? Can it be cooked or will cooking it in any way, shape, or form take away this amazing benefit of consuming it? (I'd say yes) There has to be a Weight to Turmeric ratio right or no? Like… a 200 lb person needs 1 Teaspoon of Tumeric with their meal to reap this benefit while a 400 lb. person needs 2 Teaspoons to reap this benefit… This has left me with more questions than answers BUT at least I can rest assured knowing that when I add Tumeric into my Bulletproof coffee… I'm possibly getting this benefit each time… (and I usually drink it with my Breakfast) so that's good…

  4. I was told I had insulin resistance….I just went from 262 lbs to 201lbs doing keto. But now I'm at a plateau for about a month can't move! I'm trying to get to 175. I'm gonna try this tumeric method. I pray this is my break through!

  5. Thank you, I just started drinking turmeric ginger tea and I thought it was all good during a fast! Darn it!!! 😁 thank you again, your awesome! Keep it up!

  6. Great Thomas, I would like to know the accurate amount of this root to be taken with food, especially when using the raw ones fresh or dried. Also can this be infused together with Garlic and Betroth.
    Thanks. Kudos to you.

  7. How much turmeric does one need to eat in order to get enough curcumin? I hear the only way to make it worthwhile is to take specific supplements.

  8. Turmeric tastes like cardboard, how to consume 1 tsp recommended daily? Honey makes it palatable, but I can't add honey on Keto?…..If I take (1 Tbsp Honey and 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger with 1 tsp cinnamon and 1tsp turmeric with black pepper and 1/2 cup full fat cottage cheese) and it drops my blood sugar – Is it still ok with keto since the body is not getting all the sugar?

  9. Turmeric being a anti inflammatory kills the soreness of the muscle… Will it affect the muscle rebuilding process, what effect will it have on my gains?

  10. Thanks for the vid, but each time u talk about turmeric, u don't mention "how much" to take daily….. Please discuss this in ur next vid on turmeric.
