Without the crash you miss on the rise too… And to my mind it's better to be over-productive for 2 hours and then chillax a few hours than to be a flatline the whole day leaving part of your potential untapped… Our brains evolved to use sugar for a reason and at it's best moments the brain uses INSANE amounts of energy which nothing except sugar can provide… In general humans are build for burst and rest intervals, that's why we sleep and that's why a few days of sitting on your ass make you feel anxiety…

  3. little tip: mix it with sparking or carbonated water. tastes pretty darn good. and i hate both sparking water and taste of apple cide

  4. I heard unfiltered, raw ACV is the best….it contains "mother" which has enzymes it it. I haven't tried that yet….I just heard that. I've been mixing 3 Tbsp ACV with 2 Tbsp of honey and 1/2 Tsp of olive oil. Works awesome!! I will try the unfiltered next time I get some. Thanks bro!!

    1. Don't DRINK IT RIGHT AFTER EATING FOOD, it's NOT HEALTY AT ALL : It delay your Digestion process. Drinking ACV on an empty stomach maximises health benefits. If you want to drink it after a meal, Wait 20 minutes. Don't drink ACV before go to bed, wait 30 minutes before going to sleep.

  7. Take a shot of it (without it touching your teeth) then chase it down with something else. It’s not hard noobs. Waste of time mixing it with water you old grandmas.
