  1. Unfortunately it hasn’t shrunk my stomach but the biggest thing for me is that it helps my bowels. I can go to the toilet more often

  2. I hate taking ACV, but it really works. I have arthritis in my hands & knee, and 2 tablespoons daily works (diluted in 1/2 cup Harney's cinnamon tea gets it down). If I slack off and the pain starts to kick up, I know within about 2 hours after taking it I will be fine.

    I tried taking the ACV capsules, they didn't work. I tried taking very small amounts (trying to hide it in my food), that didn't work either. For it to work for me I need to take it as close to full strength (YUCK) as possible. I have found nothing else that comes close… and I've looked around.

  3. I take two tables spoons with one of lemon juice and cinnamon, little honey in warm water. After my mom passed away my stomach was a mess, I had diarrhea then constipation, and gas,it was bad ,due to stress and depression. I couldn't eat,when did it wasn't good. So I started taking it ,it took a while, but now, I don't have those problems. I now add Morringa to it .

  4. You all should buy Dr. Greger's new book, How Not to Diet. He talks about ACV and lots of other great tips to incorporate into one's lifestyle to lose weight and maintain the loss. Also, what brand of pull-up bar do you have on your wall?

  5. I was drinking ACV strait from the bottle. Over a gallon a week when I had a small kidney stone. Not sure if it worked but the stone seemed to break up. It was hard to keep it down drinking a 1/2 cup at a time.

  6. I was suffering from bad arthritis in my hands, where it would hurt to hold my steering wheel. I stopped consuming dairy and refined sugar, and it completely went away.

  7. 5 month using the apple cyder .. and lost 17kg… but weightless does not occur only by using apple cyder u have to do exercise along with low carb diet.. then it really works and u start to loose weight very quickly

  8. Bob, I take my apple cider vinegar in a small glass of POM juice. Pomegranate juice is supposed to be good for cleansing the arteries. Like you, when I tried taking the apple cider vinegar in water it set off my GERD, I don't seem to have that problem when I take it in juice. I use the Bragg brand of vinegar.

  9. I like to add a couple of tablespoons of acv into the juice of 1 orange topped up with enough coconut water to make about 400ml. I also add a bit of salt as I have slightly low blood pressure. A far more enjoyable way to get your daily dose than just mixing it with water 🙂

  10. Yeh, yeh – next we'll be hearing that it's a good replacement for gasoline. OMG so much baloney about what is basically acetic acid CH3COOH.
    Just put some on your salad with some olive oil like the Greeks and Italians do. Shesssh.
