  7. I've been doing a lot of strength work recently and a lot of handstands too. I prefer to do any form of exercise or yoga in the evening as I'm more limber and always wake up stiff and sore, it can be quite unbearable. However, I woke up this morning and made the decision to move my body first thing, who better to practice with than Lesley I thought!? I'm very thankful for this practice and the content that you share. Thank you, Lesley I always enjoy your classes and always find myself coming back to your channel. I came to express what just about everyone else is saying – this is an AMAZING flow!! =D Also, as everyone else has said, I am turning to yoga more and more during this time to incorporate movement into my long days at home, and to put my racing mind at ease.
