  1. I'm getting a lot of comments telling me that it was KETO, not ACV, that cured my reflux. I can tell you that keto helped and it allowed me to reduce my daily dose of Pantoprazole from 40mg/day down to 20mg/day — but if I went more than 2-3 days without meds, the reflux returned. That's after being on keto for a year. Since starting drinking ACV tonic twice a day, I haven't had an issue since day #4. I am quite convinced that increasing the acid in my system via this tonic is what has freed me from reflux and the associated meds.

  2. I developed gastritis and bleeding from following this ACV method lol. Mastic gum has helped with the stomach pain since I stopped with the ACV so I'm grateful – but be very cautious if you choose to follow this.

  3. Thank you for sharing, didn't realize what I have is acid reflux, and started looking for a non-drug solution. Will definitely be giving this a go!

  4. Thanks for the video, I have been suffering from GERD on and off for 5 years and have tried a range of over the counter and medicine with varying results. I am keen to give this ago along with the use of some Slippery Elm Bark drink that I have heard is a great natural remedy for a range of diseases including GERD.

  5. A patient cured is a customer lost. I have a lot of respect for doctors, but I also know that in a capitalist society there’s more of a need for money than morality.

  6. Don't be angry Steve, let it go, be thankful and grateful that you find a natural cure for your acid reflux. I am going to try this. Thank you for sharing.

  7. Hello sir! I am suffering GERD for 5 years now..i have used esomeprazole twice ore three times a year for a month when my simptoms gets hard..and the other part of the time i kept it with diet.. saw your video and wanted to try…i have been drinking ACV for four days now and i feel well when i drink it but 2 hours later the simptoms start again…should i continue?? Another question please, i wanted to start keto but i am afraid because i know that fat is not god fort refluks cause it takes to much time to digest, the oposite of bland food that helps heel the esofagus ( at the moment i am just eating that) thank u for your time

  8. Maybe a silly question, but what if you are taking pantoprazol and start doing the ACV stuff. The pills decrease the acid and the APV increases it, so it's like you almost did nothing? Do they eliminate each other's effect?thanks

  9. I’ve had GERD for many years now. It started off with awful burning sensations in my throat, regurgitating, belching even after I drank water, esophagus spasms that felt like heart attacks, etc. I remember laying in bed assuming the worst and that nothing would help reduce the acid. My doctor prescribed me the dreaded Zantac, but after I had a scope done on my esophagus/stomach, my doctor switched me to Omeprazole. For a couple of years, I had taken Omeprazole 20mg. For the most part, it helped the burning sensation, but I still had issues. I’ve recently seen an ENT for the insane amount of phlegm I have in my throat. He upped my dosage of Omeprazole to 40mg. Ever since then, my symptoms have gotten worse.. I have reoccurring chest/stomach pain felt in both my back area and upper abdominal/chest region. The pain is dull and can be burning. I’ve literally diagnosed myself with every possible thing. (All thanks to the support of Google and WebMD for increasing my anxiety). I’m suppose to visit a new Gastroenterologist next month to hopefully give me more answers, but I’m so happy I stumbled upon this video. The first thing I’m going to do tomorrow is avoid the Omeprazole and buy all of these ingredients at the store. I pray that this helps me and if it does, I cannot thank you enough. Through years of suffering with this reflux and consistent worry, maybe this is the answer I’ve needed. I’ll keep whomever is interested updated.

  10. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this video, I just started this today and feel as though this is the salvation I’ve been looking for. I’m 25, been on Pantoprazole for 4 years and have had absolutely no changes after the first month of taking it, I felt I was doomed to deal with this my whole life, it’s stopped me from playing music, which is my main passion in life, I can’t even sing anymore and thought my dreams were shot. You’ve given me some much needed hope. I am interested in starting Keto as well, do you have videos for beginners? I hope that this is the end of my suffering, seriously I’ve felt I was going to die from this almost every night for the past few years, thank you again. Also, should I ween myself off of the 40mg pantoprazole or just quit outright? Thanks for taking the time to read this!

  11. Great video! Do you take your tonic before meals to help with digestion, or at other times and between meals? Do you think just the apple cider vinegar alone would do the job, or does your concoction work better?

  12. Hi Steve, thank you for sharing your experience. I also have similar symptoms plus releasing a lot of mucus. I have not heard about mucus during reflux.
Could you please tell me if you had mucus during your acid reflux? I appreciate it.

  13. Important question: If you stop drinking this ACV tonic for one day, and eat something that may cause instant reflux…do you get reflux? In other words, can you skip 1-2 or 3 days of the ACV and have no acid issues? Or do you have to drink this every day to stop acid reflux? Thank you

  14. Well I tried it and it looked like it was just the ticket. After a week or so, I began to notice trouble breathing at night. I use a bi-pap machine for sleep apnea that tracks the number of times I quit breathing each hour, it went from 1 or 2 times per hour to twenty. After a few nights of this I decided to do some research and found out that my blood pressure medicines, Lisinopril and carvedilol have interactions with ACV. so I had to stop the drink, bummer, so I see there are a few other medicines that also have side effects with ACV. Check it out before you get to having any problems.

  15. The cough is exactly how I found out about acid reflux. I coughed for a year straight! Two drs swore it was allergies. Then one day the acid came up and I felt like I was dying. After seeing a gastroenterologist, and put on meds, the cough was gone in days. While I was happy it was gone, down the road I’ve read everywhere how bad meds are and the long term side effects like dimentia! I’ve attempted the ACV before but by itself. Maybe it’s your combo so I will give it another go.

  16. Thankyou for the insight!! I had H.Pylori which the doctors failed to notice or find after 2 years of tests! I lost 2 stone in a year and Im otherwise fit healthy and active so didn't really have any weight to lose! They just give me Omeprozale and sent me on my way! The H.Pylori has now been eradicated. It took me doing two years of research to find out what the issue was myself with everything pointing to the same thing. And to finally get the doctor to test me correctly to find out what the problem was. And by the end I was vomiting blood and couldn't keep any food down at all. Now I can eat again and finally starting to feel better. I have developed Reflux/GERD realtad issues i.e Heartburn, Difficulty breathing after a meal which would last nearly a full day. And more recenlty feeling like I have a burb stuck in my chest… They have been going on for around 2 month now. Spoke to the doctor and again sent me on my way with Omeprazole. After watching this and seeing the comments I have ordered two bottles of ACV. I will let you know the results! TIA!! Glad it worked for you also!

  17. One more note: I went looking online for information on whether this approach is medically proven. A Harvard Health blog said there have been no studies on it. None. With all the anecdotal evidence out there, you'd think doctors would have sought to prove or disprove the ACV approach. I guess that shows how attached to the prescription drug industry the medical profession is.

  18. I've been on omeprazole for a while now, and I've been looking for ways to get off it naturally. I'm going to try this. Thanks so much for sharing your experiences.

  19. Chafaul man, about your gerd. I agree, ACV beats toxic scripts with side affects. I share your frustrations with the "sick care system".

  20. I’ll have to try this the doctor didn’t look in my throat but said I probably have gerd or acid reflux I have pain around my left side that feels like my heart sharp pains but he said my hearts fine I hope this can help with that my breathing isn’t as good at night especially it feels like my throat is almost closing up

  21. Thanks for posting this information. I’m very anxious to try the ACV recipe. I, too was on long term acid reflux medication. I have stage 3 kidney disease from the long term use of Nexium. I stopped taking it a few years ago and suffer often with GERD. I have serious gastric erosions and have had precancerous esophageal lesions removed. I started eating Keto about 6 months ago and I’m better, but not completely symptom free. I’m very glad you are better and I’m hoping I have such good results.

  22. Question: I too have been on Omep since at least 15-18 years…Started out on Nexium until all insurances stopped covering it and took on Omep…So I really would like to be off these PPi's also….question i have is….Do i need to put the salt in the drink…I know salt helps with electrolytes which is needed doing keto….BUT….I have done low carb many times and never had keto flu because i stay well hydrated…..PLUS I do not want to add in any more salts into my diet as it seems to plateau weight loss due to retention (which is counter intuitive when drinking enough water….) anyways…That said….if i am just looking to geet off these PPi's do i need to add the pink salt…? Thanks

  23. My acidity is more than the pretreatment level after stopping the pantoprazol. All ppi's will give you problem that supposed to stop. Its not for people with GERD.because the root cause is not over acid production.most of the doctors are idiots

  24. I have been suffering everyday for as long as i can remember.I followed exactly as you showed in YT.The first day i tried it, i was in health heaven for about 12 hrs.The next day my belly was burning with a vengeance after my 2nd try.Did i do something wrong? All my initial euphoria has evaporated.please, any advice?TQ
