Hi Doc,please i have some questions,ive been treated for hyperthyroidism but treated for over 4years now,but few weeks ago i started having severe double vision in my right eye,all of a sudden my right eyelid drops on its own,and with pain to the back of my neck and my back and now i notices my right eyes doesnt move towards my right ear,please what can i do,my vision isnt getting better
I saw my son blinking continuously and then I start reducing the time he spent on tablet and a TV and it disappeared and since lockdown the blinking came back that means he's spending too much time indoors and and using tablet and TV again more time then before, I reduced the amount of time he spent on technology but this time the blinking is not going away and now I'm thinking it could be the dry eyes that you are talking about

Does dry eyes cause allergy ?
I have purchased a USB heated eye mask from Amazon and you can control the heat and the time. I leave it for at least 20 min on my eyes. Do you have any home remedy for treating the blefaritis? I wake up every morning with flakes on my eyes although I clean them with baby shampoo, I use eye drops( as recommended by my GP), I use the heated mask and I apply coconut oil on the eyelids before I go to sleep.

I bought gel eye drops by blink bc I thought they’d be better than the normal lubricant … they’re really sticky and I think I didn’t close one of my eyes too well while sleeping and put this drop and dear lord I woke up and closed or opened my eye and it was so painful! I’m typing like a Pirate as we speak OUCH.

I had such dry eyes for a long time and then it got so much better and now it’s gotten worse again and only thing I changed was I started using vitamin e and castor oil near my eye and now it’s dried out again so just beware of those oils

A few years ago I bought a Bruder mask, not this one but similar. The first time I microwaved it, for 10 seconds out of the 20 seconds on the directions, in case my microwave was overly hot, it gave off such an overpowering chemical smell that I couldn't use it. So I washed it as recommended but the smell would not go away. I ended up throwing it out. But maybe they have improved it.
