  1. I was wondering about arthritis and GERD. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. What is the best way to consume cinnamon. I am also wondering about turmeric and combining it with cinnamon to help with arthritis and diabetes. I want to get away from pharmaceuticals as much as possible.

  2. I try to cook with most all spices. I eat a lot of soups. A pinch of cinnamon can spice up and lightly sweeten chili without sugar. I use curry, tumeric, oregano, cayenne, garlic, basil, dill weed, paprika, ginger, thyme, chili powder, onion, himalayan pink salt and virgin olive oil. I try to eat Mediterranean as often as possible.

  3. Keep in mind the importance of a consistent whole foods diet. Sorry but Mountain Dew floats and Twinkies for breakfast is not going to allow cinnamon to work in your body.
