Third, STAY ACTIVE and keep doing in-house exercises like YOGA, meditation or even a walk inside your house. Fourth, Eat VITAMIN E AND C rich foods like Oranges, lemon, almonds. Fifth, Cut down SMOKE and ALCOHOL. Sixth, get enough SUN light to stock up as much as VITAMIN D in your body. Lastly, start adding ginger and garlic to your food as both are strong immune boosters.

I agree, what a load of rubbish! This is so misleading.
Such ignorance nothing boosts your immune system, it is an enzyme that is produced at the response to the action of a pathogen that sends enzyms to send a message to the bodies defence system which sets of the immune response. Please put people on with some knowledge of the actual immune system, and how it works PLEASE this is just crap and false information. You can say that eating healthy is good for your immune system, NOT BOOST healthy diet is important to overall good health so is sleep and reduce stress. NOT SUPERFOODS NO SUCH THING they have chemicals and antixidents yes but this for general overall good health . Stopped watching this program years ago for a lot of information that is put out as facts so many unproven. Stop using this virus to fill up with ignorent information. She did not mention that if any vitamin that is lacking it would be vitamin D for those people who never get enough sunlight.
