4. Dr Jose do people still get stomach pain if consuming capsules with food and some milk? I have GERD, esophagitis and gallstones and never get stomach pain taking GOLDEN MILK' My friend gets stomach pain taking the capsules.When asked if she takes them with food – no answer was the reply. I mean the capsules contain black pepper (which doesn;t affect her} probably ginger and possibly cayenne. Her problem is a broken coccyx. I sometimes have a sore Rt hip joint, pain & weakness upon walking,whieh is totally relieved in 2 days with turmeric milk (with black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, honey and hot milk).. I would totally recommend people to try this if in pain. It's too good to pass up and has extreme health benefits taken continually; like for a year.
